Lillian Liu, M.S., BCBA

Clinical director & Behaviour Analyst

Lillian has worked with neurodiverse children and their families for more than 20 years. She is very much interested in connecting with people to help them achieve their goals and creating a positive energy and work environment.

When she is not working, Lillian enjoys baking, crafting, hiking, reading, journaling, painting, gaming, practicing piano, spending time with her cat, traveling, and socializing over tea, coffee, or wine.

 

Joan Cauguiran, MPEd, BCBA

BEHAVIOUR CONSULTANT

Joan was introduced to applied behaviour analysis (ABA) in 2008 while completing her degree in Human Kinetics (Kinesiology) at the University of British Columbia. She completed the Disability and Applied Behaviour Analysis citation program at Douglas College in 2013 and the Master of Professional Education degree program in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Western University in 2020. Joan is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).

During her free time, Joan enjoys cooking, baking, journaling, watching shows and movies, spending time with her family and friends, and trying out different restaurants around the Lower Mainland.

 

HARRY LING, M.A.

PROGRAM MANAGER

Harry started as a behavioral interventionist (BI) while completing his Bachelor of Arts degree (Psychology Major) at the University of British Columbia in 2018. After working as a BI for 3 years, he pursued a Master of Arts degree specializing in applied behavior analysis at Arizona State University. Currently, he has completed his master’s program with honors and is collecting hours to take the Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst exam.

Harry has field experience working in a variety of different social settings and environments. From home sessions to clinic to daycares and summer camps at IMAGO. Harry uses his love for sports to help clients explore new physical activities.

Outside of work, Harry enjoys spending time with his friends whether it’s getting food from a nearby restaurant or gaming online, you can always see him breaking into laughter. You can find him at the gym 5-6 days a week, 2-3 hours a day if he has the time.

 

Nina Del Barrio

Nina Del Barrio

BEHAVIOUR Interventionist

Nina has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Creative Writing from Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines. Her passion for working with children began while teaching piano and voice in Manila, where she discovered the joy of helping young learners grow.

Outside of work, Nina enjoys crocheting, singing, playing the piano and guitar, and spending time with family and friends. She also loves playing chess and exploring the outdoors through hiking and sightseeing.

 

PAIGE BURNETT

Paige has a degree in Cinema Studies and Psychology from the University of Toronto, and a diploma in Counselling and Human Development from Simon Fraser University. 

On her days off, Paige likes to play Dungeons and Dragons, watch musicals, write stories, and sit and read fantasy books in patches of sunlight.

Simrit is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s in Psychology at Simon Fraser University with the goal of obtaining a Master’s in Counseling to start her own practice. She enjoys helping others and is dedicated to making a difference. Simrit draws inspiration from her experiences in aiding others.

Outside of her studies, she finds joy in hitting the gym, cooking delicious meals, and spending quality time with her dog.

 

STELLA CHAN

Stella is currently taking the Bachelors of Art’s degree for Psychology at Simon Fraser University. 

Stella’s passion for working with children emerged from her previous volunteering experience in language school, teacher’s assistant in elementary schools, as well as babysitting. Stella is fluent in English, French and Mandarin which allow her to work with diverse individuals. During her free time Stella enjoys shopping with friends, going to the gym as well as trying new cafes and restaurants!

Kat has a diploma as a Special Education Assistant and has experience working in the Vancouver School District. Her family dynamic and past experiences guided her in developing a passion with working with youth and showed her how important it is to be sensitive towards the needs of children. She is committed to improving the lives of youth and supporting them in reaching their full potential.

In her spare time, Kat enjoys spending time with her loved ones, enjoying nature’s beauty with her dog and shopping.

 

Alysha Chin

Alysha is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at Simon Fraser University, with the goal of becoming a social worker in the mental health field. She is passionate about helping youth overcome challenges and develop the skills they need to succeed. Her experience working with children includes volunteering at summer camps and babysitting.

In her free time, she enjoys staying active through the gym, Pilates, running, and hiking, as well as spending quality time with family and friends.

 

MICHELLE YANG

BEHAVIOUR INTERVENTIONIST

Michelle is currently an undergraduate psychology student at the University of British Columbia. She has worked as a behaviour interventionist since 2024 and has several years of experience tutoring science and English.

Outside of academics and work, Michelle enjoys baking, skiing, and playing the guitar.
